Question #4: Do you shrink the window tint?
To answer your question we do not shrink the film anymore. It is in our experience that rolling up a contoured 3D film into a mailing tube will get damaged in shipping.
Most windows you can get away without shrinking, however if you have strong contours in your glass it certainly would help.
