Question #50: I received a tracking number but it is not working.
The "tracking" number from the post office is more of a delivery confirmation number and it will not update until the package is delivered to you.
Most packages do arrive within 4-7 business days, however these packages can take longer due to delays by the post office.
In the very unlikely event that this item does not arrive, please know that we will work with you to resolve this issue promptly.
