Question #51:  I spoke with the post office and they do not have my package.

The post office picks up bulk packages from us each day. Many times these packages do not get scanned into the system and it will then seem as if though they do not have it. If you allow a little time to pass you will see for yourself once the post office scans your package into their system at one of their stops along the way. We have spent much time reassuring customers that their packages are not lost and that this is fairly common.

 

Question #50:  I received a tracking number but it is not working.

Question #52:  The package is not showing any movement.

Question #53:  Tracking shows delivery, but I do not have it.

Question #54:  My international order is taking a long time.

Question #55:  I received my install kit, but I am missing the tint.

Question #56:  I ordered a few items, and I am missing part of the order.
