Question #52:  The package is not showing any movement.

 

We understand how you are feeling right now. Let's give it a few more days and see what happens.

Sometimes the post office doesn't scan each "Stop" along the way and it goes through the system in a "Stealth" mode. It is in our experience that this package will be delivered very soon, and we can only ask you for your continued patience at this time.

 

Question #50:  I received a tracking number but it is not working.

Question #51:  I spoke with the post office and they do not have my package.

Question #53:  Tracking shows delivery, but I do not have it.

Question #54:  My international order is taking a long time.

Question #55:  I received my install kit, but I am missing the tint.

Question #56:  I ordered a few items, and I am missing part of the order.
