Question #53: Tracking shows delivery, but I do not have it.
Please take the time to look around for the package, maybe somebody else living with you has seen the package (mailing tube), or maybe a neighbor may be holding onto it for you. It is extremely rare that a tracking number shows delivery without the package actually being there. I am sure that with a little detective work your package will be found. If you can not find the package after looking around contact us below.
