Question #54: My international order is taking a long time.
The tracking number you received is more of a customs number and it will not show tracking all the way to your door. We understand your concerns about these delays, however it is normal for international shipments to take long depending on how fast customs is working.
Please allow a litte more time for your package to arrive as it should be there very soon.
