Question #56:  I ordered a few items, and I am missing part of the order.

Many times we will send out separate packages for orders with multiple items. Different films and qualities take various amounts of times to be made. We do not like to hold up an entire order based on a film that may require more time to be shipped out.

 

Question #50:  I received a tracking number but it is not working.

Question #51:  I spoke with the post office and they do not have my package.

Question #52:  The package is not showing any movement.

Question #53:  Tracking shows delivery, but I do not have it.

Question #54:  My international order is taking a long time.

Question #55:  I received my install kit, but I am missing the tint.
