Question #55:  I received my install kit, but I am missing the tint.

 

We send out packages separately as some packages are harder to combine such as an installation kit with a mailing tube.

Please allow a little more time for your other package to arrive as we are sure it is not too far behind.

 

Question #50:  I received a tracking number but it is not working.

Question #51:  I spoke with the post office and they do not have my package.

Question #52:  The package is not showing any movement.

Question #53:  Tracking shows delivery, but I do not have it.

Question #54:  My international order is taking a long time.

Question #56:  I ordered a few items, and I am missing part of the order.
